In September 1984, China Southern Glass Company, the predecessor of CSG, was established in Shekou Industrial Zone with the paid-in capital of USD 500,000.
From 1985 to 1991, the company has set up five subsidiaries inside mainland China: Hongda Mirrors, Wellight Coating Glass, Southern Star Glass Processing and
another two companies with the main business cope in architectural glass processing.
